Chef Paul Barron operates out of the Connecticut shoreline, running “The Table” (an intimate dining space and commercial kitchen) while traveling throughout New England, NYC metro, and beyond to deliver private dinners, catering, in-home experiences, cooking classes, weekly meal-prep services, and holiday meals.

I first joined Chef Barron’s team as a chef’s assistant, helping with ingredient prep, menu execution, and on-site cooking for private dinners and pop-up events. As I grew into the role, I began taking food photos, designing promotional graphics, and creating reels for Instagram and Facebook (helping @ChefPaulBarron to surpass 10k followers on Instagram). Over time, I became one of his go-to team members for managing events of all sizes (from intimate dinners for two to full-service catering for 200 guests) assisting with everything from logistics and guest experience to culinary support and digital content.
